who we are

Essential Health provides clinical nutrition expertise, as well as certified Pilates and strength training services. We help you create sustainable, realistic habits and practices so you can achieve your goals and maintain your desired results long-term.

You will work with a registered dietitian who holds a Masters degree in Public Health, as well a multiple state and national board certifications. Your collaborative coach is also a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher.

We focus on progress over perfection, and flexibility over rigidity. We take a collaborative approach on goal-setting, and choose intentional shifts that support how you want to feel in your body and life.

Our offerings are available virtually and in-home to meet you where life actually happens.
